In Exodus 15, the people of Israel having passed through all odds composed a song to celebrate God’s greatness of deliverance from all troubles on their journey from Egypt to Canaanland.
1 Then Moses and the Israelites sang this song to the LORD: “I will sing to the LORD, for he is highly exalted. Both horse and driver he has hurled into the sea.
2 “The LORD is my strength and my defense ; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my father’s God, and I will exalt him.
3 The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name.
4 Pharaoh’s chariots and his army he has hurled into the sea. The best of Pharaoh’s officers are drowned in the Red Sea.
5 The deep waters have covered them; they sank to the depths like a stone.
6 Your right hand, LORD, was majestic in power. Your right hand, LORD, shattered the enemy.
7 “In the greatness of your majesty you threw down those who opposed you. You unleashed your burning anger; it consumed them like stubble.
8 By the blast of your nostrils the waters piled up. The surging waters stood up like a wall; the deep waters congealed in the heart of the sea.
9 The enemy boasted, ‘I will pursue, I will overtake them. I will divide the spoils; I will gorge myself on them. I will draw my sword and my hand will destroy them.’
10 But you blew with your breath, and the sea covered them. They sank like lead in the mighty waters. 11 Who among the gods is like you, LORD? Who is like you— majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?
– Exodus 15:1-11 (NIV)

God’s attribute is inexhaustible. He is a Great God, an infinite God. He is not limited by space and time. He is sovereign, He can do all things and He is in control of all things. He is not composed of any matter. He is immutable, ever constant and unchanging. He is God from everlasting to everlasting. He is eternal, He has no beginning and He has no end. God’s awesomeness is demonstrated in the complexities of all that He had created. When He parted the Red Sea, that was just a little demonstration of His power. He can do so much more.
God will show up powerfully when you call upon Him. He will shock your enemies and demonstrate His greatness in your life. Whatever problem facing you right now will soon be phased out by the mightiness of His power. Call upon this Great God, He is ever able to do much more and above what you can think or imagine. God does not put to shame all those who put their trust in Him. We have heard and seen testimonies of people who waited on God and they were not put to shame. God can transform what you consider insufficient into something more than enough. He is a Great God not only by His name, but also by his works.
Whenever God steps into a situation, He turns things around. He stepped into the case of the widow, whose husband, a priest, left nothing for but heavy debt. Her two sons were about to be taken over into slavery by the creditors. Her story changed when she met Prophet Elisha in 2 King 4:1-7

Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen.
And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil.
Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few.
And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full.
So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out.
And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed.
Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest.

God can make a difference in your life today, He can touch you today, He can answer your biggest questions today. Call on Him anytime, from anywhere. Call on him in prayer, call on Him in worship. He is an unstoppable God. He is a God that cannot be conquered.
The Psalmist says “For the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods – Psalm 95:3. As in the days of Moses, God still controls the events of this world and lovingly directing them toward His good purposes. Moses looked back to His great deeds amidst Israelites in the wilderness and he sang praises. God delivered them from the hands of their enemies, He is still doing the same today. He will do great things for you in Jesus name. (Amen.)
